Green house Pho and Boba tea

The seafood pho lacked depth of flavor in the broth. The imitation krab had a weird texture unlike any other I’ve had. The boba was overly sweet I couldn’t finish it. Definitely would not consider this a good pho and boba place. Should’ve known since there was only one table of guests when we walked in on a Friday night. We weren’t greeted by the staff at the counter either. We stood in front of him to look at the menu and he didn’t greet us. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed at all. No one checked on us either after bringing our food. Food is overpriced for what it is. Plenty of other dining options around. We will not be back.

I’ll give this place 3.5 ⭐️. The broth they use had plenty of flavor and they gave me lots of basil to add to the dish. I expect more for the price. But if you live near by it would be worth a try. And at lunch they were not busy at all so you can get in and out quick. The emptiness might also be a sign 😳 Lower the lunch price by 4$ and you’ll have lots more customers.

overall, it was OK. The food was respectable, but I'm afraid to say it was kind of a disappointment. I've had much more flavorful Vietnamese eggrolls, and bánh mì. I was really looking forward to the pickled carrot and daikon and you absolutely couldn't taste it. there was only one very minute piece of daikon and though there was a little bit of carrot you absolutely could not taste the pickling. I'm afraid that part was very disappointing. The Vietnamese eggrolls were OK but nothing to write home about. 😔

Ordered the grilled noodle combo that doesn’t come with egg. Instead was sent a rice combo with egg on top. I have a severe allergy to egg. Called back the same night 4 times 30 minutes before close and the phone was ignored repeatedly. I called back eventually to try and speak to a manager. The first time there was no manager on premises just a young girl. The second time the manager who was equally as young said he couldn’t do anything “for the freeski”. Eventually the owner was contacted after far too much back and forth. Despite my requests he would not speak to me directly. He relayed to the manager they would not give me a refund or even a remake and what is potentially only $10 or less worth of food to them. Uber eats will also not issue a refund which was explained to them. They even tried to argue the validity of my allergies to justify the mixup even though they had the same photos I listed here and admitted it wasn’t the right order. Businesses that are so greedy should not be frequented. They have no respect for a customer who’s been ordering from them since they opened, are quick to take your money without providing the correct product, and have disgusting customer ser

Food is always great here, it’s been a while since I’ve visited (maybe over a year) they’ve added more food options and have rotated around some of their menu and prices. Still 10/10 I appreciate the take out order only taking around 10-15 minutes to receive. Only thing I noticed, their portion sizes towards teriyaki chicken and rice seemed smaller than I remembered… the pho takeout is perfect as usual, though it seems like they don’t fully cook it as it looked a bit pink (also cold by the time I get home) no complaints, I heated up the broth on the stove and it finished cooking the meat.
